I purchased a HP printer in October 2017 and purchased the Asurion warranty with it. It stopped working correctly. I contacted Asurion. They sent me a prepaid label to send them my printer and that very same evening I had my credit so I could purchase a new printer. THAT IS SERVICE. So you bet I purchased their warranty with my new printer. Thank you very much.

I don’t know why these plans don’t specify which item they cover. We buy lots of stuff with the protection plans and would be hard-pressed to figure out what plan is for what item. Very bad practice.

Does this phone just need a dial tone to operate? will it work with time warner cable service?
Answer: It needs to have dial tone to make outside calls, but I believe it will work handset-to-handset without phone lines connected. Yes, we have it working on two customers using Time Warner. As long as the carrier provides “POTS” or analog phone line for you to connect to, it should work with any carrier.

Will a one-to-group paging call be auto-answered? I want to be able to page all extensions without having to wait for them to pick up.
Answer: Yes; you will be heard by all extensions in the group.

Does this phone system work with Ooma Office?
Answer: Amy – CM18245 is the accessory deskset for the CM18445 four line Console. CM18245 will not work on its own. Check with Ooma regarding their hardware requirements. This system connects to up to four lines.

I only have one phone line. Will someone be able to leave me a voicemail if I am on the line?
Answer: Ruth Ann – The answering machine on the CM18445 will not pick-up if you are on the line. However, if you are subscribed to voicemail service from your telco, the voicemail will pick up even if the line is in use. Thank you for your interest!
