We purchased a used iPhone 7 for our son in March 2020, it stopped working in August 2021. We put in a claim with ASURION and within hours of mailing the phone back with their prepaid label, we received the payment via Amazon gift card. It wasn’t 100% of what we paid but considering we had the phone for 18 months, we received a fair chunk of it back.

We purchased him another phone and absolutely added the protection again just in case.

I bought the protection for my daughter??s cell phone. She cracked her screen and I reached out to start a claim. Zero feedback from the company. I got a refund from Amazon. Total scam company. Do not buy this!
