I add this to one of my children cell phone they are not hard on them but had a cellphone knocked out of their hands it cracked the screen the phone still work fine but go a new one because I never want to thank a chance that my child phone get water in a cracked screen and they need help I to the phone to get a glass replaced was told it would be cheaper to get a new phone so that what I did. I call before I put this on the new phone I was told it covers everything even if a elephant steppes on it I will be replaced at no cost to me for 24 months

Not worth the Hassle, tried to rectify with them based on phone I baught it for was defective, I had to send it back, they said I could transfer with a lot of headaches doing it, and the phone I purchased had to be the exact same one and the same price…! First I would not get one from the same company, for obvious reasons, and the phone I baught was the same just cost about 40 dollars more. I am totally blind in one eye and the other has it’s issues too so not being able to go in and even see about the burden of getting a refund on it, or straining my other eye. I had to choose to take a loss on it and just chalk it up to experience ” don’t get them they become your problem after the sale, I explained my eye situation to situation and no one offered to help me rectify it so the warranties to me are worthless…!!
