If you are purchasing an unlocked phone as a bring your own device and Amazon gives you the option for Asurion TAKE it its one flat fee and it covers your phone for 2 years. your carrier insurance will not cover a phone they do not distribute……. unless your fine shipping the phone back to CHINA…….. $19 for a handset repair $49 for a replacement…….. well worth it same deal they have with Metro without the $6 per device fee every month. 46 x 12= 72 per year 72×2= 144. I paid $54.99 up front for 2 years………………… Budget phone or not $200 is still allot of wasted money if you don’t protect it.

I purchased a 2 year protection plan from ASSURION. I dropped my phone a month after I got it. Contacted ASSURION and VERIZON, both say I do not have coverage, even though I have an email from ASSURION with the order number on it. I have had 2 online chats with reps, and I have made 4 calls to this company. No one can find anything about my order, and I have been told different things by all the people I have spoken with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Answer: Yes, the TCL10L phone has access to the full google system.

Answer: As of July 2020 there is only one 3rd party case and it’s the same as the clear case that comes with the phone.

The 10 Pro has an AMOLED Screen instead of IPS LCD on the 10L. The 10 Pro has a Snapdragon 675 processor instead of the 665 on the TCL 10L. The 10 Pro has a dedicated night sight camera whereas the 10L does not. The Pro has a Telephoto lens instead of the Macro lens on the 10L. The 10 Pro supports reverse charging via ??

Does the bluetooth have a option for connecting to multiple devices to simultaneously play the same music?
Answer:

You can connect 2 bluetooth speakers at the same time but there is a configuration process b4 using two at the same time(annoying beeping) u can connect up to four at the same time but 5g is needed for to do more then two at the same time but great surround sound when can configure. And can use this phone for roku remo??

Can you purchase the tcl10 5g phone unlocked?
Answer: This TCL 10L is NOT a 5G cellular phone (does not have those frequency bands, at least not for T-Mobile), but it does support 5GHz WiFi.
