My phone stopped working after only a few months of use so I filed a claim online and they told me to call Samsung. Samsung sent me to a phone repair shop that didn’t fix international models and told me to call Amazon and Amazon sent me back to asurion and they have been giving me the run around. Now I’m stuck with a defective phone and a $100 phone bill on a number I can’t use with terrible insurance ??

I have never had so much trouble filing a claim in my life! I purchased a phone at the end of June and it is now not work. I’ve been working on filing a claim for almost a month now. The website never works. Why do I have to provide proof of purchase, when the insurance operator already confirmed and looked at it…and Amazon already registered it for me! Very disaapointed!

Answer: It should t mobile is a gsm provider this phone is gsm unlocked , in my opinion the unlocked Samsung a12 is better and has more software updates , this phone makes loud keyboard and notifications sounds I had to mute them .
