I broke my note 10 plus july 22nd 2020 and still havent been able to get it fixed.Ive called over 50 times and spoke with 4 different operators every time and had to send in the claim form 6 different times.its now august 27th 2020 and im actually on the phone with them as we speak because after taking over a month to get the claim excepted they told me it went through yesterday so expect a call with in 4 hours, ofcourse they didnt call, i had to call them today.honestly i feel like this is a scam and im highly dissapointed in asurions service and wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever.Save your money !!

Is this phone compatible with metro pcs?
Answer: I am not sure, however, an Unlocked phone is meant to be used with any provider as long as the provider (Metro PCS) can provide you with their SIM card if don’t already have one. I also suggest you check with Metro PCS because I am not familiar with that carrier.

Answer: No es dual sim

Sirve para otro pais? Por ejemplo argentina o uruguay?
Answer: El tel??fono es desbloqueado para cualquier operadora. Yo lo compr?? para Ecuador y me funciona perfecto
