I purchase a protection plan for my Samsung phone for two years for 150$. Last week my phone broke, when I tried to submit the claim online, their website didn’t let me do it, I tried to use chat support, it also didn’t work, then I called them, and I been told that I have to pay additionally 107$, then schedule the appointment with their service center (the closest one to me almost 1 and a half-hour drive from me) and then service center will decide can they fix it or I can get my reimbursement. So conclusion, no phone, no help, to get phone fix or get reimbursement I have to take a day off, lose more money, and I have to pay the additional fee. PERFECT OFFICIAL SCAM!

Answer: I just bought the new (not refurbished) S10 and yes it came with earbuds, charger & cord and even an extra adapter for the type C charger

does this unlocked s10 phone support wifi calling?
Answer: it does seem to have that option in settings. I have not tried it.

Do the new phones come in original packaging with all of the items?
Answer: It comes in the original packaging with a fast charging plug and cable to connect to the phone (Specifically a USB 2.0 type C to A cable) and a brief quick start guide.

Is this phone compatible with Visible?
Answer: From my understanding samsung galaxy 9 and 9plus and other later model will work will visible but some of the newer phone not so much. verizon is one of the hardest companies to use with other carriers but thing could have changed. definitely try to confirm that with visible.

Does a charger come with the phone?
Answer: The phone comes with a standard power charging cord.
