I am left with assumptions because I never used this product. Due to the return of the product that it was to product, I no longer needed this insurance. Nonetheless, the product arrived timely and it was just as the seller ADVERTISED.

I purchase a protection plan for my Samsung phone for two years for 150$. Last week my phone broke, when I tried to submit the claim online, their website didn’t let me do it, I tried to use chat support, it also didn’t work, then I called them, and I been told that I have to pay additionally 107$, then schedule the appointment with their service center (the closest one to me almost 1 and a half-hour drive from me) and then service center will decide can they fix it or I can get my reimbursement. So conclusion, no phone, no help, to get phone fix or get reimbursement I have to take a day off, lose more money, and I have to pay the additional fee. PERFECT OFFICIAL SCAM!

No it’s manufactured in Mexico. Great phone though it is brand new came with a screen protector already on that was a bonus theres no difference you choose the language when setting it up. If I would of known the a52 was pretty much identical besides a slightly barely noticeable bigger screen i would of spent less m??

Can this phone be switched to english version and will it work on tigo carrier in panama, pty?
Answer: It can be switched to English. I’m not sure about the carrier. I have metro pcs
