Asurion sent us to UBreakIFix to have the phone evaluated, where it was determined the motherboard was bad. They submitted the information to Asurion, and we had the egift card reimbursement the following day. Asurion was courteous and quick with responses and payment.

“Repair or replace” is not true
Asurion been sitting on my claim for weeks and advised they do not have phones and will issue an e gift card. The waiting for weeks is frustrating. They have my money they have my phone they are totally tone deaf.
