I used the protection plan I bought for my daughter’s mp3 player. It was a bit difficult to figure out where and how to implement the protection plan. You have to go to your amazon orders, search for the protection plan, copy the order number for the item you bought it for, go to the asurion website, type it in and then go through the process. Amazon should have a specific place in your account for protection plans that you purchase. Maybe they do and I just don’t know it! I tried looking though and had to go back through to find it in my order list.

Claim denied. Got amazon involved and they seemed to have fixed the problem. Amazon rep called Asurion and arranged for them to cover the item. Then got an email from Asurion saying send documentation which I did. Email back saying they wouldn??t cover the item ( A Razer corded Mouse). I spent an hour on this with Amazon and Asurion. What a waste of time Save your money.. Worthless warranty. NEVER AGAIN..

Is this phone digital or analog? will it work with a modem or dsl?
Answer: This is an analog phone, an can coexist with a modem or even with a dsl connection if you have properly installed a dsl filter.

Can this work with MagicJack connected to the phone line port of my internet router?
Answer: I do not have a magic jack. Maybe anything with a RJ11 connection will work. Digital connections may have muffled sound and a clarifying muter may be necessary.

Can this be used with a VoIP service like if you get phone service through your cable company?
Answer: Idk what service you use, but mine has been hooked up through cable w/no problems. Just make sure to read all the info that is listed on Amazon before making your purchase. kln

how it is getting power.CAn I use it in Dubai?
Answer:

Standard (analog) landline phones in the United States get their power directly through the phone line wires from the phone company, they do not need any other sort of power adapter and (usually) plug directly into an RJ11 phone jack.

Whether or not it will work in Dubai I do not know, I would call your local phone ??

Will this work with a computer phone line from a desk top computer? (I have a phone line from my internet provider, but it comes thru the wifi box.)
