I’ve accumulated quite a lot of these digital pinky promises that Amazon peddles as necessary peace of mind– I really do take solace in knowing Amazon will replace a defective product, no questions asked.
However, I would be remiss if I didn’t point out that most people wouldn’t make a purchase from a business with poor reputation, so they’d have little need to then insure their wise decision of avoidance.
What I’m saying is I prefer Amazon because they have a mostly good reputation and therefore have no valid excuse for repeatedly covering my bets.

My final word of complaint is more legitimate. I have neither enjoyed nor regretted owning this protection plan product. In fact, I simply don’t think about them at all once purchased, that is until the Bezos-Bots hit me with a review request template. How can I rate a product that I’ve never once had the opportunity to use?
Keep up the great work, Amazon…. But you should consider firing the tech who supposedly oversees the bot/email department. It doesn’t make any sense, none of it makes sense really.

If I could give this items 0 stars I would. I bought an item that unfortunately would not work for my desk set up. I returned the item the next day and of course wanted to return the protection plan if I wasn’t keeping the item. It has been complete frustration to return the plan. They want you to mail back through UPS a digital item……yes I’m not kidding and customer service can not figure out why that is not an easy task to do. Do yourself a favor and just buy a new one if the item breaks. THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR TROUBLE!!!!

does it have a place to hook up a phillips life line
Answer: Not sure what the Phillips life line is but if that device requires dial tone from the line then yes there is a data port on the side of the phone (you can see in pic) which allows you to connect other devices that require dial tone .

Is this a wallmount also?
Answer: Yes, this model can be wall mounted. Just need the wall plate if you don’t have one. Uses a standard wall plate so will fit existing plates.

I don’t have a land line, is there a way to use this with my T-Mobile account? I love these retro phones!
Answer: I use my retro phone with my Comcast triple play account.

I have a mount already. I only want the phone for decor. Will this phone cover the mount?
Answer: My red slim line is attached on my wall over existing wall mount (landline connection) that is not visible when standing flush to the front of phone. The mount behind base of phone can only be seen from the side of phone. From the front of phone on wall , mount does not show at all as it is shorter in length.
