Great so far, everything seems to work, have not used all 4 headsets yet. But all lit up and rang. Easiest of Panasonic Phones set up ever, almost took me as long to remove stuff from box, in order to preserve cardboard packing frame, in case of return. But in all seriousness within 15, 20 minutes I was entering numbers in phone list.
As a Senior Citizen ? , I like the large bright display and that everything is in large print. The phone is laid out well and fits hand nicely, I have had a number of Panasonic phones all have been durable and delivered a long service life. But this one is something I’ m excited about, the features are many and they so far are easy to locate on menu and set up.
Not in my time of set up, I installed the phone list from my old set of Panasonics, and switched over a few call block #’s, set initial ring settings and got the phone up and operating. I did not set up Cell Phone as I am considering switching phones or get into some other features I may or may not use. This is a nice system without even counting the bonus feature of merging your Bluetooth Cell into the system Good value they last Panasonic a 3 Handset lasted about 8 years. As I am not making as many calls I expect this to last a lifetime.
So for now 5 Stars, I don’t usually give this rating on initial set up, but knowing Panasonic Phones and Amazon, THIS IS MY BUY OF YEAR. As always if something changes I will edit this.
Note, when you see negative reviews on Panasonic systems and Amazon consider this that Amazon has many sellers and many people handling returns and so on . I have been an Amazon customer for over a decade, I have bitten the bullet on a few small things. But over all Amazon has been reliable as the best of USA retailers. I am a Senior on a tight budget, I don’t have time for people who don’t back up what they sell.
If this review helpful please say so, I do not take free or discounted product’s for my review’s. I am a Panasonic Brand customer on things I use every day, my TV’s, phones and blood pressure machine. The phones, one of the TV’s and blood pressure machine all purchased from Amazon

Maybe it’s just me. But Panasonic doesn’t seem to make these as good as they used to be. Ergonomics are excellent. Nice easy to hit buttons, passable menu albeit not enough options. Nice loud announcement. Problem is that you pick up the phone and make a call you are greeted with a bunchy of static. Set up the bluetooth and the phone rings with the cell phone but you can’t pick up the call. Maybe I got a bad one but not willing to chance it again. Tried the V-tech before this one and the functions are good but the aesthetic is flawed in that the tiny buttons are difficult to manipulate with these big ole fingers and old tired eyes.
Someone tell me is there a good wireless phone out there with decent design with lots of features and good function are am I asking too much?
Customer Questions & Answers
can you use blue tooth head earphones with this phone
Answer: Yes. I use a BT headset on a regular basis, and it works quite well. You have to use the base to dial an outbound number, so it’s helpful if you remain close to it. But I have otherwise had no problems with it.
do the phones have a headset jack
Answer: It does have a headset jack, but it requires a 2.5 mm plug. You cannot use the typical 3.5 mm plug headset you get with your cell phone (i.e. Galaxy S-7).
can i download user manual
Answer: Yes, I did before receiving phone as that was a requirement for me. Then to my surprise when the phone arrived it contained a real manual. Who does that?????
