I needed a new handset for my older Panasonic 2-line phone system. A new handset would cost almost as much as a new system so I decided to replace the old system with this one. There are not a lot of updated 2-line models in the market but I am very happy with my purchase. Sound quality is great and the phone works all over my house (I couldn’t roam as far with my older phones). Somehow it linked automatically to my cell phone via bluetooth. I can answer calls either on my cell or on this device. The display on the base unit is large and easy to read. This is a great replacement and I wish I had bought it a year ago instead of struggling with my older equipment.

I have a noise in line 2, which was a defect from the device, I purchased 6 months ago, I couldn’t return called panasonic and they told me that amazon.com is not an authorized reseller nor iSave the selling entity, so if I wanted to be fixed, I have to pay everything: shipping and repairs, amazon gave a refund minus restocking fee

This description says Cordless/Corded, but the model number is supposedly a full cordless phone. Which is correct?
Answer: The phone base is connected to your carrier via a normal phone chord, all of the additional 3 handsets are cordless with individual chargers

Will this phone let people press a button for directions, and another to leave message, etc?
Answer: I have no idea. Check with Panasosonic.

Is this phone encrypted to prevent eavesdropping on calls?
Answer: Yes.
