I used these protection packages and all it takes is a phone call or computer to file a claim and they work to repair or refund price you paid. These are well worth the 1,2 3 year package.

After 10+ hours, multiple calls and emails over a 3 week period…their solution to getting a cracked screen fixed was to offer 20% of the phones value and keep the phone. Bought it in December, screen got cracked within 3 weeks and its middle of February and still nothing. Customer service is atrocious and their phone system is designed to infuriate you so you give up and leave. I cannot stress it enough….DO NOT USE THEM. They will take your money and walk away laughing at another sucker. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!

Can this phone be used in a different country?

Yes by adding a separate sim card when you are traveling. However, with this being is a US based phone some features and functionality may not be available when used outside the US. Answer: Single sim. For dual sim you need the international version
