If you are purchasing an unlocked phone as a bring your own device and Amazon gives you the option for Asurion TAKE it its one flat fee and it covers your phone for 2 years. your carrier insurance will not cover a phone they do not distribute……. unless your fine shipping the phone back to CHINA…….. $19 for a handset repair $49 for a replacement…….. well worth it same deal they have with Metro without the $6 per device fee every month. 46 x 12= 72 per year 72×2= 144. I paid $54.99 up front for 2 years………………… Budget phone or not $200 is still allot of wasted money if you don’t protect it.

I purchased a 2 year protection plan from ASSURION. I dropped my phone a month after I got it. Contacted ASSURION and VERIZON, both say I do not have coverage, even though I have an email from ASSURION with the order number on it. I have had 2 online chats with reps, and I have made 4 calls to this company. No one can find anything about my order, and I have been told different things by all the people I have spoken with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Does the phone have LED notification light?
Answer: The only LED light is the flashlight on the back.

How does the stylus work for a left-hander? Does the text erase as your left hand rolls across when writing?
Answer: The phone isn’t really big enough to rest your hand on… But it doesn’t erase.. It will create extra lines though

Does this have two SIM slots?
