I bought a paper shredder and decided to buy a warranty for 4 years. As it turned out the paper shredder broke after about 2 years. Went on line with the order number of the warranty and all the other information that was requested. Within a day I received an email with the label and instructions to ship the shredder via ups. Took it to ups it took about a week and again received an email with full payment for the shredder. Very easy. Customer friendly. Definitely worth the little extra that it cost to make me happy.

Bought a 4 year policy on a multi-function printer. Having major issues at about one year mark. Asurion passing me off to Canon, which is unreachable. Asurion tells me in response to Canon failing to stand behind its product, to keep trying to reach Canon. Why did I buy this policy from Asurion again? To get the phone number for Canon support? Becasue that is all they are offering. Menawhile I do not have a working printer.

Does it have speed dial capability?
Answer: Yes, however it is not called “speed dial’. It is called “phonebook”. You enter a number in your “phonebook” on the phone and then when that number is selected you simply press “talk” and that number is dialed.

Answer: DON’T buy it !!! Did not hold charge. Company had terrible customer service ( very rude ) Had to go through Amazon to get credit from phone.

What answering machine works with this phone?
Answer: I use an older Ameriphone “Easy Recall” Digital Answering Machine with this phone that works very well as it too has volume and tone controls. I am not sure if it is still available?
