Customer Questions & Answers

it’s good for my T-Mobile?
Answer: Yes it is

I Need to have my phone fixed. Where do I go?
Answer: I would contact the company who makes them, go online and you should be able to find them

Does it works with verizon’s lte 4g network?
Answer: The one I bought for my husband tht was supposed to be unlocked ended up only being able to be used on AT&T service. Also, everytime he powers his phone off and back on again it changes the language to Dutch or something. Other than tht he loves the phone though

How is the speakerphone quality and loudness? Would like to be able to show videos to others without having to have a super quiet place to do it.
Answer: Speaker is located at the bottom of the phone, making it really uncomfortable when holding. It is loud when you have it close to your face/ears. It is not the greatest speaker of all time. Cannot be compared to ones such as the Razer Phone but it does get loud. It will do just fine to show others videos

Is this phone for AT&T?
Answer: I took the SIM card out of my iPhone and stuck it in to the CAT, and the conversion was no trouble. Going from AOS to Android took an hour or two, but that’s all.
