I purchased a HP printer in October 2017 and purchased the Asurion warranty with it. It stopped working correctly. I contacted Asurion. They sent me a prepaid label to send them my printer and that very same evening I had my credit so I could purchase a new printer. THAT IS SERVICE. So you bet I purchased their warranty with my new printer. Thank you very much.

I don’t know why these plans don’t specify which item they cover. We buy lots of stuff with the protection plans and would be hard-pressed to figure out what plan is for what item. Very bad practice.

I purchased the cordless headset that you show here but hasd to return because it would not Pair with the system. Is there one available that will?
Answer: I am using the TL7600 and TL7610. Both work one through direct connect base and one remote. Neither has great functionality. Miss my Plantronics Calisto.

Will bluetooth work with the cordless phones, or only on the base unit phone?
Answer: your bluetooth device pairs with the base. you can place/answer cell calls from any handset.

What is the difference between the TL86109 and the 86109?
Answer: Seems like the TL86109 comes with four handsets and the 86109 comes with one

Can this handle 2 lines + Bluetooth to cell phone all simultaneously (i.e. 3 lines in use at same time?)
Answer: Have no idea…never tried it. Might suggest finding the manual online and seeing if it provides an answer. What I can say is the blue tooth feature doesn’t seem to work very well. It doesn’t seem to hold the few that we have profiled to it. It seems to loose or deleted them.
