I purchased a printer that stopped working properly within the 1st year. When the manufacturer says they can??t help you, what do you do? I called Asurion. They were great with instructing me how to send it to them for a full refund. As soon as I took it to UPS, they scanned it in the system (with the label Asurion sent me) & within minutes I received a code from them to add to my Amazon account. I was then able to order a brand new printer that finally works properly. As you can guess I turned around & purchased coverage from Asurion for my new device. Customer service was amazing.

I thought this would help me fix the product. Nope. They can??t help with tech support. ??We don??t help with routers??. Also, contacting them was way too difficult! They transferred me back and forth between customer service and tech support. After being jerked around with some sort of exhaustive transfer game, I just hung up and called Amazon for help. Asurion is still trying to play games via email!! What a waste of money, time, and gray hair.
