I used to really like Asurion, but they changed. Weather it was to many claims or something, but I told myself never again. And here I am, feeling very frustrated. I bought a Router and the extended warranty, the router is been giving me problems for a while now. I call in the warranty and Asurion is going to send me my money back, prefect! Only not until I send them the defected one, So I have to spend the money to get my money back and than they wanted to give me an Amazon gift card? So not only do I either pay for the router twice or I go without internet for however long it takes them to reimburse my account. I can buy a $1500 phone and they don’t have a problem with them waiting for me to send them back there $1300 phone back. I feel like I’m dealing with a cheap Auto parts store, where they warranty the product but you still have to take it off to get it replaced.

Answer: I don’t see one on the base or hands-free sets.

Caller ID Capability?
Answer: Yes has caller ID and will also when someone calls tell you who is calling telling you there name. Very happy with mine!

How do you turn the ringer off at night? There is a “Temporary ringer silencing”, but this is not what I need. I want to be able to turn it off.
Answer: Hi Gloria! I used the volume button to turn the ringer off, pushing it while the receiver is in the cradle. Hope this helps!
